About Me

Hey there! I’m Maria Rehman, but most people know me as Mia. My journey into design and project management started earlier than most fueled by a deep passion for creating and organizing. While still in school, I was that person planning events and turning ideas into reality, officially launching my event management career at just 15. My love for design drove me to dive into self-learning and research, which laid the groundwork for me to later earn a degree in Arts and Architecture and receive formal training in the field.

From there, my path took an exciting turn.

 

I joined Rebel Marketing in Los Angeles, eager to expand my skills and dive into the digital side of the creative world. Through hard work, dedication, and a relentless drive to learn, I became a vital part of the team, managing complex projects, leading web development initiatives, and sharpening my technical skills. This experience not only honed my strategic project management and client communication but also opened up a whole new realm of digital marketing possibilities.

Now, with over nine years of experience as a Creative Director, Project Manager, and HR Leader, I get to do what I love every day: blend creativity with strategy to deliver impactful, client-centered solutions. At Rebel Marketing, I work with incredible cross-functional teams, leading projects from concept to execution while fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.

But my journey doesn’t stop there. I’ve had the privilege of working with Pakistan Sweet Homes, directing large-scale fundraising events and collaborating with talented design teams to create visually compelling experiences. At Magical Hands, I developed custom corporate gifting concepts that wowed clients, while at MIA Design Studio, I balanced aesthetics and functionality in interior design projects. And with MIA Events, I orchestrated high-profile events where every detail mattered.
 

I’m known for my organization, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills. I believe in finding solutions that are not just creative but also make sense for the business and the people involved. I’m always up to date with the latest trends, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to keep my work fresh and relevant.
